Enquiry and service-request forms
When you send the form, the details you enter — your name, phone number and/or email address, the service or project type, property type, location, your message and, if you give them, timing, budget or a preferred date — are sent by our server as an email to the Interifix business inbox so we can reply to you. The page you sent the form from is included so we know which service you were reading about.
The email is delivered through a transactional email provider (Resend). The provider processes the message to deliver it and keeps delivery logs for a limited period under its own terms. The website itself does not store your form submission in a database.
Our server logs record technical events about each submission — a reference number, the type of service, whether delivery succeeded and the time taken — but not your name, contact details or message.
To limit abuse, the server briefly uses your connection’s IP address to count recent submissions. This count is held in memory and is not stored with your enquiry.
Calls, WhatsApp and email
If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, that communication is handled by the respective service and our normal business accounts rather than by this website.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not currently run an analytics service. If that changes, this notice will be updated before it does.
Hosting
The website is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect the service.
